Aquamarine Ring | Gold Bezel | Sterling Silver | Size 5 1/2

This is a big, huge, gorgeous, fun ring!! HUGE, 15X20X10mm Blue Aquamarine is a show stopper set in 14 KT SOLID gold bezel -- balance sterling silver. Great blue color! We chose a minimal setting so the stone and gold can pop. The lively and delightful interplay of light that reveals itself in this stone is playful on top layer of this big, translucent blue cabochon of Aquamarine. Classic, large, smooth half-round shank. Reach out if you want to see other stones but they are 95% identical. All traditional silversmithing is done in my Baltimore, MD studio.

Aquamarine comes from the Latin, aqua Marinus, or “water of the sea”. You could say aquamarine is the universe’s solid embodiment of the sea. As you gaze deeply into a pretty aquamarine, you begin to see that it is full of mirrors and even colors. Because of its infinite reflections, Aquamarine is a stone of mystics and shamans. They believe that through infinite reflections we come to the truth, therefore the stone inspires truth.
