Private group workshops at Workshop by LBJ offer a different kind of team-building experience—creative, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. Gather around the table, choose from beads, gemstones and other materials, and make something of your own while talking, laughing and seeing your coworkers in a completely different setting.

No artistic experience is necessary. In fact, that's part of the point.

There’s no presentation to sit through, no competition and no awkward team-building exercises. Just good materials, a little guidance and time to make something together.

More Than Team Building

Our private workshops are also a natural fit for mentorship programs, leadership groups, employee appreciation, retreats and organizations looking for meaningful ways to bring people together.

Making something side by side creates an easy space for conversation—especially between people who might not ordinarily spend much time together. Everyone leaves with something they made themselves. But ideally, they leave knowing each other a little better, too.

Private group workshops are available for groups of 4 or more.
