The other day, a young woman walked into the shop with a frantic look in her eyes. She held up a pair of earrings to the mirror, clearly distressed, then another. She seemed a little like a fish outta water, tbh. Not much of a jewelry wearer. I took a moment to let her gather herself while she examined her reflection.
“Are you looking for something special?” I asked.
She hesitated, then said, “Tomorrow’s my wedding, and I don’t have the right earrings.”

We discuss her dress, the neckline, the drape, length, and her personal style - and how much time we had. Then, with a mix of relief and resolve, she says, “Give me 10 minutes - I’ll go get the dress and veil.” And she did. She returned with her dress in hand, letting us see the fabric, the color, and the style.
With her dress in hand we were able to design and craft a pair of earrings that complemented the gown and her personality perfectly, and that she picked up in a couple hours. The process was a true collaboration, filled with creativity and care, and the earrings turned out beautifully. They fit her dress, her style, and her personality, making her feel confident and radiant on her special day. We can't wait to see the photos!
