We are over the moon here, saving the last of this natural White Buffalo to match with this wonderful, old stock Sonoran Turquoise. A perfect combination of stones, uplifted by the use of Solid 18KT Gold accent beads within the .925 otherwise Sterling Silver setting. A tasteful yet dramatic ... STUNNING ... impact piece either way you go - the second pendant is featured in the last photo - each sold separately.

This pendant is slightly off-center - featuring one 18KT Gold bead. Highlighted by modern design and beautiful patina - close to 25 Ct Turquoise and over 8 Ct White Buffalo. Strong and lovely presence, and is ready to ship. Boho Chic and Elegant. All traditional silversmithing work is done in my Baltimore, MD studio.

Turquoise is perhaps the oldest stone in man’s history, the talisman of kings, shamans, and warriors. It is a stone of protection, strong and opaque, yet soothing to the touch, healing to the eye, as if carved from an azure heaven and slipped to earth. Its unique shade of blue, often blue-green, lends its name, Turquoise, to all things of this tranquil hue. The delicate veining or mottled webbing in cream or brown is inherent to the stone and serves to enhance its character.

White Buffalo (Turquoise) is not turquoise - it is a rare calcite/dolomite found in Nevada. White Buffalo is a calming stone. It will aid in sleeping, calming the overactive mind, eases insomnia, dreaming, dream retention and stress relief. Physically, it calms the whole body and releases muscle tension. It eliminates pain brought about by stress.
